Due to the nature of scented candles and hygiene considerations, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the damaged product and packaging. Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Fragrance preference
  • Minor aesthetic variations
